  • Professor Eliyorjon Jumaev
    University of Business and Science, Uzbekistan
    Prof. Jumaev is a leading materials scientist and academic strategist specializing in high-entropy alloys and microstructural evolution. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the University of Business and Science, he drives global partnerships and innovation in higher education. Previously First Vice President of New Uzbekistan University, he has played a key role in shaping modern scientific education in Central Asia.
  • New Uzbekistan University, Uzbekistan
    Dr. Malik Abdul Rehman specializes in 2D materials, graphene-based optoelectronics, and solar energy devices. He has worked at CNR–IOM at ESRF Grenoble and holds a joint MS & PhD from Sejong University, where he studied directly grown graphene for photovoltaic applications. With experience at Yonsei University and COMSATS, he brings strong expertise in graphene synthesis, nanoscale imaging, and nanoelectronic device fabrication.
  • Professor Timur Sh. Atabaev
    Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan
    Dr. Timur Sh. Atabaev's work centers on multifunctional materials and advanced nanostructures for biomedical, optical, energy, sensing, and photocatalytic applications. Dr. Atabaev is a member of ACS and MRS, and has received major recognitions including the Scopus Young Researcher of the Year Award (2018) and the Web of Science Leader of Science Award (2020). He serves as an Academic Editor for the Journal of Nanotechnology and as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Chemistry and Micro & Nano Letters.
